Let me propose one. It is to build a virtual space for storytelling and encourage the staff to participate. It is a proven way to know who knows what and let others to ask for help. By using the current technologies, you may not need to pay any to build such a virtual space. The only things you need to do to start is to form a small team to do storytelling.
